Manufacturing Quality Control (MQC)

RFG provides the Geosynthetics manufacturer industry a wide range of testing services. Using our advanced laboratory equipments Geosynthetics manufacturers can ensure minimum (or maximum) specified values in the manufactured product. Using RFG Lab, project owners can determine compliance with the requirements for materials and workmanship as stated in certification documents and contract specifications.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Manufacturing Quality Assurance (MQA)

In addition to the Quality Control, RFG Labs provides Quality Assurance services for manufacturing geosynthetics facilities including inspections, verifications, audits and evaluation of the raw materials (resins and additives) to assure and certify that manufacturers are in compliance with the product certification and contract specifications for the project.
